Easy Suppers-HERBED CHICKEN BREASTS
Herbs have a way of making any meal taste special. This one uses the dried variety but when the summer season is in full swing give this a try using the fresh variety.

What You’ll Need-
4 boneless chicken breasts, leave the skin on
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tsp chopped sage
2 tsp chopped thyme
1 tsp chopped rosemary
1/4 cup chicken broth
Salt and pepper
Preheat the broiler on high. Place an ovenproof metal pan under broiler.
Season the chicken with some salt and pepper.
When the pan is hot, place the chicken on it and place it under the broiler and the best spot to place it is in the middle of the oven about five inches from the heat
Turn heat to low. It’s best to put in middle of the oven, about 7 inches from the heat source. Broil for about 15 minutes, or until done.
While the chicken is cooking mix the herbs together.
In a small skillet add the chopped herbs, lemon juice, broth, garlic, and salt and pepper. Heat on medium heat for about a minute.
When chicken is done remove the skin, slice it and place on a platter. Drizzle the herb sauce over chicken and serve.
